1. Recruitment position: FCL Export/Import Documentation Staff
– Number required: 08
– Place of Work : Hanoi/ HCM city

1.1. JOB DESCRIPTION:
– Cooperating the FFW CS Team to focus on the key Customer service drivers, comply with specific client SOP and monitor respective KPIs.
– Cooperating with carriers / freight forwarder/ agent to satisfy all required documents such as Bill of lading, shipping certificate etc.
– Submit VGM/ SI/ other documents to the carriers to implement the shipment on time.
– Fully understanding contracts and charge structures including surcharges, additional charges to ensure the right payments to carriers, agents..and exact Debit notes to customers.
– Ensure proper implementation of new clients or new programs.
– Liaise with customers, vendors for the provision of smooth processing and logistics flow.
– Communication with other Team, carriers, agents, vendors to make the best result. – Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
– Responsible for day to day operation of the team.
1.2. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
– Qualification: Graduated from University or above
– Experience:
At least 2 years working experience as a CUS in Forwarder/Logistics Company.
Well know about Contract of carriage for AIR, FCL, LCL,intermodal transport, and international trade; INCONTERMS, STC, Customs Documentation, HS Code, and import/export processes; International Contract law relevant to our services
– Skills:
Good at MS office, MS outlook
Have a strong command of English especially in communication (at least TOEIC 650)
Positive & aggressive character
Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong communications, time management and decision making skills
Dynamic, hard working, loyalty, teamwork, professional, detail-oriented
Professional use of relevant computer

– Check rates, quotes and follow inquiries/shipments of nominated agents/clients;
– Check freight for Freehand goods;
– Maintain cooperation with agents/carriers.
2.2. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

4.1. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
– Tập hợp, kiểm tra chứng từ hoàn ứng từ Hải Phòng và Hồ Chí Minh
– Lên bảng kê dịch vụ và xuất hóa đơn
– Gửi chứng từ thanh toán cho khách hàng
– Hạch toán doanh thu, chi phí lên phần mềm kế toán
– Báo cáo công nợ hàng tuần.
– Đối chiếu công nợ hàng tháng
– Tính KPI cho kinh doanh
– Lưu trữ chứng từ
– Đề xuất cải tiến phương pháp hạch toán kế toán. Kiểm soát chi phí chống lãng phí, đề xuất các giải pháp nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động cho Công ty.
– Tham gia quyết toán thuế khi có yêu cầu.
4.2. YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:
– Bằng cấp:
Ƭrình độ: Ƭốt nghiệp khoɑ Kế toán các trường Đại học thuộc khối Kinh tế (Hệ chinh quy)
– Kinh nghiệm:
Không yêu cầu. (ưu tiên cho các ứng viên ở vị trí Kế toán công nợ, kế toán chứng từ trong các công ty có quy mô vừa và lớn về lĩnh vực logistics, xuất nhập khẩu)
– Kỹ năng:
Có khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực cao và làm việc nhóm tốt.
Cẩn thận, trung thực
Sử dụng thành thạo phần mềm tin học văn phòng, phần mềm kế toán Misa và FMS
Am hiểu pháp luật về kế toán, thuế hiện hành.
