– Work time: Full time
1. HR Administration – Legal – Support HR in implementing the directives of GM – Assist, responsible for conference hosting, and events in and out of the country for TCL – Produce documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations in English/ Chinese/ Vietnamese or translation on request from GM. – Ensuring the content of the contracts, terms, and conditions, reviewing legal assurance of all types of contract documents before presenting to GM. – In charge of registration, renewal, monitoring of licenses, and certification of TCL. – Manage BOD’s travel arrangements (including visas/accommodation). 2. Public Relations – Ensure contracting, planning, and implementation of TCL’s participation in external events – Support sales department in marketing activities, such as Website, Profile, brochure, leaflet, and desk calendar. 3. Operations – Cross-functional team with other departments to make sure goals and targets are on track, monitoring activities assigned to other staff members and directly report to GM 4. Others: – Take notes and keep minutes during relevant departmental meetings – Convey the General Manager’s information to the relevant divisions and departments, then deliver the responses directly to the Board of Directors. – Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager
III. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Qualifications and Experience: – At least 1 years of work experience in the Logistic industry, ig: Forwarder – Knowledge in Foreign Trade, Administration, or major in Logistic – English or Chinese proficiency in four skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing – Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) – Good organizational and management skills. – Ability to work well under pressure and handle issues flexibly. – Good skills of observation, analysis, synthesis, and report making. 2. Ability – Skills: – Strong problem-solving skills, – Ability to work independently with minimum direction – High sense of responsibility Interpersonal communication skill – Team work spirit, positive thinking – Ability to organize and plan own work. Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy. A flexible, proactive approach to work including the ability to prioritize and re-prioritize. – Ability to work on own initiative
