Customer service techniques, often referred to as customer support services, constitute an indispensable component of any business or organization. In the contemporary landscape, characterized by the rapid advancement of information technology, a vast and transparent commercial environment has emerged, empowering consumers with unprecedented choices.

To effectively enhance customer service in this modern context, it is imperative to adopt several strategic approaches. Within a 6-hour training framework, our program emphasizes the dissemination of practical experiences and the cultivation of essential skills in “CUSTOMER SERVICES.”

This course is suitable for managers and employees in companies involved in customer service, customer care, sales, or anyone who interacts with customers and wishes to develop and refine these essential skills.

3. Training Schedule

  • Duration: 1 day (equivalent to 6 hours).
  • Training Month: October
  • Schedule: 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM.
  • Format: Online via Zoom.

4. Certification

Participants who complete the course will be eligible to receive a certificate from VLI, which is nationally recognized and widely acknowledged within the logistics and supply chain management industry.

5. Course Fees

  • ONLINE: VND 1,500,000 (Excluding VAT).
  • VLA MEMBERS: 100% tuition support for one participant per company (applicable for companies that have paid their membership fees up to the current date).
