International Transport Management Course

International Transport Management is a specialized field focused on managing, coordinating, and optimizing the transportation of goods and passengers between countries. The primary goal of international transport management is to ensure that goods and passengers are transported efficiently, safely, and in compliance with legal regulations, while also optimizing costs and time.

1. What will you learn from this course?

Understand the role of intermediaries in transportation.
Ability to apply trade-offs in international transportation of global supply chains
Distinguish between modes of transport and use simple strategies to select the optimal mode of transport including intermodal and multimodal transport
Discuss the implications of DG and IMDG for transportation.

2. Participants

Managers at all levels and employees in logistics service companies.
Lecturers and students of colleges and universities majoring in logistics, foreign trade, transportation, import-export, business administration, etc.
Other individuals and organizations have needs.

3. Training time

Training duration: 10 sessions / 30 hours
Class time: 18:30 to 21:30, every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
Learning method: ONLINE via Zoom application

4. Certification

Students who complete the course will be eligible for VLI certification – nationally valid and widely recognized in the logistics and supply chain management industry. Furthermore, students who take enough courses can register for the exam to gradually accumulate modules for an internationally valid FIATA certificate.
