The course “Global Marketing Management” is designed to equip students with the essential knowledge and skills needed to develop and implement effective marketing strategies in an international environment. Students will learn how to understand and analyze the cultural, economic, political, and technological factors that influence global marketing decisions.
1. What You Will Learn from This Course
Upon completion of this module, learners will be able to:
- Explain key terms, definitions, and concepts used in marketing from an international perspective.
- Identify various research methods for gathering information about the marketing context.
- Analyze environmental forces, including macro and micro environments, that affect the company’s ability to serve customers.
- Identify and establish simple market entry strategies in foreign markets.
- Explain and evaluate different strategic marketing models such as 4Ps/7Ps, BCG, SWOT, S-T-P, etc., through case studies.
2. Target Audience
- Managers at all levels and staff in logistics service companies.
- Instructors and students in colleges and universities specializing in logistics, foreign trade, transportation, import-export, business management, etc.
- Other individuals and organizations with an interest in the subject.
3. Training Duration
- Training Duration: 6 sessions / 18 hours
- Class Time: 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays weekly
- Online: via Zoom
4. Certification
Students who complete the course will be eligible for a certificate from VLI, which is nationally recognized and widely acknowledged in the logistics and supply chain management industry. Furthermore, students who complete the course may register for exams to gradually accumulate modules for the internationally recognized FIATA certificate.
