Final Round of the VLA FIATA Young Logistics Professionals Award 2026: Honoring Outstanding Young Logistics Talents

On August 15, 2026, in Ho Chi Minh City, the Final Round of the VLA FIATA Young Logistics Professionals Award 2026 took place in a vibrant, professional, and emotional atmosphere, bringing together the six outstanding finalists to compete for the highest honor of the competition.

The competition serves as a platform for young talents studying and working in the Logistics industry, providing contestants with an opportunity to demonstrate their professional knowledge, critical thinking, presentation and debating skills, as well as their professional confidence and capabilities.

A Platform for the Next Generation of Logistics Professionals

The VLA FIATA Young Logistics Professionals Award 2026 was organized with the aim of creating a platform where the young generation of Logistics professionals can challenge themselves, demonstrate their capabilities, and connect with experts and businesses across the industry.

Through its various competition rounds, the Award not only seeks out young talents with strong professional expertise but also encourages a spirit of innovation, practical thinking, and the ability to apply knowledge to real-world challenges facing the Logistics industry.

This year’s Final Round brought together six outstanding finalists, who each took part in a presentation followed by a live Q&A session with the Panel of Judges. Each contestant was given 5 minutes for the presentation and 8 minutes for the Q&A session.

The Confidence and Thinking of the New Generation of Logistics Professionals

On the Final Round stage, each contestant brought a unique perspective, demonstrating thorough preparation, professional knowledge, and insightful views on real-world challenges facing the Logistics industry.

Beyond assessing professional expertise, the competition also provided contestants with an opportunity to demonstrate their presentation skills, critical thinking, and confidence before a Panel of Judges comprising experienced experts in the Logistics industry.

The six performances came together to create an engaging and compelling Final Round, where knowledge was complemented by adaptability, confidence, and the courage to challenge oneself.

One of the distinctive features of the VLA FIATA Young Logistics Professionals Award is that the competition not only provides development opportunities for young talents in Vietnam but also opens pathways for them to connect with the FIATA YLP platform at the regional and international levels.

During the program, Mr. Lê Bá Phước – Hoang Ha Logistics Joint Stock Company, Champion of the VLA FIATA Young Logistics Professionals Award 2025 – was presented with a Certificate of Participation in the FIATA Asia-Pacific Regional Round.

The program also featured the participation of Ms. Nguyễn Thạch Thảo – Champion of the VLA FIATA YLP 2023 and FIATA Asia-Pacific YLP Champion 2024, who returned to the competition this year as a member of the Panel of Judges.
