TECHNICAL SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Description
 Proactively search for and develop new customers; provide consultation and introduce the
company’s products and solutions (automated warehouses, production lines, robotics, industrial
machinery, etc.);
 Develop and implement business plans in line with the direction set by the Board of Directors;
 Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, project, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth
business operations and achieve sales targets;
 Conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and propose suitable technical solutions;
 Take responsibility for sales performance, project effectiveness, and customer satisfaction;
 Maintain and develop customer relationships, including customer care activities;
 Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.

Requirements
 Quantity: 01;
 Age: 22 – 30;
 Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields;
 Good English communication skills and ability to read technical documents;
 Knowledge of machinery, automation systems, and warehouse systems (AS/RS experience is
an advantage);
 Familiarity with WMS, ERP, TMS systems is a plus;
 Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills;
 Willingness to travel as required.

Salary & Compensation

 Salary: Negotiable based on capability
 Probation period: 2 months with 85% of official salary;
 Bonuses and other benefits according to company policy
